Lauren Shand

Lauren Shand is a multi-talented podcast host, writer, producer, and sound designer with a passion for horror movies, prop collecting, and the unknown. Her unique home is adorned with statues, props, and memorabilia, reflecting her love for film and horror.

Lauren is obsessed with UAP disclosure and strongly believes that we are not alone in the universe. She hopes to one day uncover the truth about extraterrestrial life. Additionally, she is a huge fan of Disneyland and the movie Hocus Pocus.

As a co-host of The Boo Crew Podcast and contributor to the Antiquarium of Sinister Happenings, Lauren shares her enthusiasm for horror and the paranormal with her audience. Her journey in radio began at KROQ in Los Angeles, where she served as the assistant producer of Loveline.

Lauren lives in LA with her husband Trevor Shand, their four children, and their insane dog.
