This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Cineverse Entertainment Corp., 2355 Westwood Blvd #779, Los Angeles, CA 90064, USA (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”)
- Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
- How to Enter
To enter, visit the pinned post on the Creepy Podcast’s official Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/creepypod) during the Giveaway Period and like the giveaway post, comment, and tag another account to receive one entry. Limit
- Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at April 15, 12:00 EST and ends at April 30, 11:59 EST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted.
- Prizes
Winners will receive one (1) “March Bundle by Bloody Disgusting” hot sauce variety pack consisting of four unique bottles of hot sauce from Torchbearer hot sauces. (approximate retail value per prize: $50).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Drawing will be conducted within 5 days after the Giveaway ends. Winners will be notified by Instagram message and must respond within five (5) days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
- General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or permission unless prohibited by law.
- Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, or misdirected entries; technical failures; or unauthorized human intervention. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising out of participation or prize acceptance.

- Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
